Privacy Policy
Information you share
When you request a book, we collect your name, phone number and email address to deliver your resource and record your request. When you send an enquiry, we also collect the message you provide so Payal can respond. The Author Readiness Check collects your name and WhatsApp number and records your result category and score, rather than your individual answers.
Books, enquiries and updates
Your details are used to send your requested book, respond to questions and follow up about your author journey. Book-request forms also explain that you may receive occasional updates from Payal. You can ask to stop those updates at any time through the contact page. No automated unsubscribe tool is offered on this page.
Private client records
Resource requests, enquiries and purchase records are kept in private reports restricted to authorised owner access. Payal receives email notifications with contact details when a resource is requested, an enquiry is made or a purchase is confirmed. Book files are delivered using private download links. Historical purchase records can include payment references, payment status and delivery details.
Visit information and external services
The homepage stores a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser to help count visits. This identifier is not your name or email address. Embedded Spotify content and links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Amazon and workshop or payment providers are operated by those services and are subject to their own privacy policies. Book delivery and site hosting use service providers to process the information needed to provide those services.
Contact and your choices
To stop occasional updates or ask about access, corrections or deletion of your information, contact Payal using the link below. Include the email address associated with your request and what you would like changed. Some purchase information may need to be retained for payment verification or applicable recordkeeping obligations.
